During a trip to Alaska, our cruise ship traveled through Glacier Bay National Park and spent considerable time at the Marjorie Glacier. There they turned around so each side of the ship can catch a view. A ROOM WITH A VIEW represents the bright turquoise of the ice, deeper turquoise of the older portions of the glacier and the waters around this massive formation as seen from our room.
This yarn was spun with a wonderful polwarth-seacell blend which I plied with a neutral colored silk thread. I then took the 2-ply yarn and Navajo-plied it for a wonderful 6-ply cable yarn!
