Where is my AlohaBlu order?
Sign in to your customer account and select your order to view its status and available tracking updates.
You can also open the order status link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email to check that specific order.
Shipping timelines
- In-stock items: Most in-stock items require 1–3 days to ship.
- Custom dyed orders: Please allow 3–4 weeks before your order ships.
These are processing times, not delivery estimates. Once your order ships, use your shipping confirmation email to access tracking updates.
