WAIMEA ROOSTER: Shaniko wool / Silk roving - Hand dyed spinning wool - 4.0 oz

On a trip back 'home' to Oahu, hubby and I decided to visit Waimea Falls, which is situated at the end of a botanical garden. The hike to the falls is only 3/4 mile so it was a nice walk through beautiful scenery. The falls were strong that day and there weren't too many people swimming in the lagoon. There are seating areas though and that's where I found this rooster coming right up to the visitors! He was stalking a poor woman who kept moving to avoid him - so instead I stalked him with a camera :)
